To take part in the conference all potential participants, including guests, must fill in the online application form (http://edm.conf.nstu.ru/edm2014/english/Registration.php).
Deadline for applications - March 1, 2014.
After submitting and confirmation that the application is successfully registered, the authors are invited to submit full text of their report in English, drawn in accordance with the guidelines and scan-copy of filled in IEEE Copyright Form (available for download at http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/ publications/rights/copyrightmain.html) to e-mail of the Program Committee (edm.conf@mail.ru).

Manuscripts submitted to Program Committee must contain the results of original and unpublished researches, issued as an article. Manuscript should not exceed 6 pages. Each extra page will be charged separately (see registration fees page). Number of authors should not exceed 6 people.
Paper submission deadline is 1 April, 2014. The manuscripts can be considered as accepted from the date of its approval by the Program Committee. After confirmation of acceptance author becomes an official participant and his/her contribution is included in the Proceedings of EDM 2014.
Paper should adequately convey the nature of the research, articles having a low academic level will be declined. The quality of the English text must meet the requirements of literacy, long expressions should be avoided and generally accepted scientific terminology should be used.
